What exactly does this do? I enabled but see or feel no difference. Im running an AMD 64 3500 newcastle

It throttles the speed of the CPU depending on load.

Install the AMD cpu driver http://www.amd.com/us-en/Proce...0_182_871_9706,00.html after that go to power management in control panel & set your power scheme to minimal power

Turn it off. It sucks. What happens is a 4second delay before it kicks in to full speed causing tremendous lag.

really? why is it that when I do benchmarks, the scores are exactly the same with CnQ on or off?
