Can I use a Globalwin FA420 ChipCooler to cool that Clockgenerator on my P3V4X?
The dimensions are 20x40x40mm 20=hight.
What connector should I use?
And do anyone know how much space there are betwine the ASUS S370-133CPU card and the 1:th memory bank in millimeters?

well on my p3v4x its a close one i could put one in it but the alpha would lean on it ....me thinks that is a bad idea so i put it in 2,3,4
should work tho as far as your cooler i just cut up a heatsink and made one to fit i got plenty of air flow in case so i should be ok clock on bro i hit 166 on mine but no 3d 913 out of a 550e i like that

I think it's kind of overkill to put a whole fan setup on the chip.

I have had several of these boards & I have just put a small heatsink on each (actually, I have done this to 4 of these boards, but still haven't got around to doing it on my main system yet:p).

I simply cut up a generic cpu fan & I made several smaller heatsinks. Each HS is about 1" by 1" & it is about 1.25" tall w/ 20 prongs/fins sticking up. They are rather crude, but they do a wonderful job of transferring the heat away from the chip.

Then again, like I said, I don't even have one on my main system & my air-cooled 600e (stepping 1) goes 876MHz without any problems. ;)

The chip DOES get hot w/ a HS, but I think that all the cooling theories are overrated.
