ctrl - D is the shortcut for fill down.

Hmm....apears to be a shortcut for delete here (Excel 2000).

No, it copies down the cell above. I guess if the cell above has nothing in it....

I've used the Edit -> Fill -> Down thing before but never noticed it had a CTRL-D shortcut. Coo. 🙂
