If you plan to overclock AND havent already bought the stuff, Id advise against the Volcano9 and the Thermaltake case fan.

Thermaltake fans are generally of poor quality and produce a lot of motor noise.

A generally accepted good overclocking heatsink would be a Thermalright SK7, SLK800 or SLK900. The SLK900 is by no means cheap but it is the best. The SK7 is very good and also cheap over in the US so it is used quite frequently.

You have to supply a fan though. Some people use Thermaltake Smart Fan II's, Panaflo L1A's, Panaflo H1A's or YS Tech adjustable fans. It is your choice as to how noisy it all is. You should get some good fan suggestions for any of these heatsinks or even recommend another heatsink/fan combo.

Why do you need 2 heatsinks? I would use the SLK800 rather than the Volcano 9.

I have tried both the Panaflo L1A and the YS-Tech variable speed fan on my SLK800. The L1A does a pretty good job, but I prefer the YS-Tech because it cools it better, especially for overclocking.

Slap a 2600 RPM Antec 80mm case fan on that heatsink using an adaptor if needed, and u should be all set, quiet but very good fan :).
