Cool comforters?

I sleep a lot better with comforters than I do with just sheets. It's much too hot here in Tucson to sleep with a comforter though...or IS IT? Don't suppose there are any comforters out there that either breath a lot or have some kind of cooling system installed?

I understand where your coming from. I sleep a lot better with comforters as well, I just turn the fan up really high >_>

Fan doesn't do much good if the air in the room is hot. The AC is down to 76 (that's as low as other's in the household will let me go ), but it still get's pretty hot and sweaty at night.

I actually got pretty cold last night - Guess the new AC does work pretty good. What would be the fabric to look for in a "cool" comforter? Is Cotton the most breathable?

get a bed spread for the summer and store the comforter for the winter. (except maybe in Tucson where there is no winter) bed, bath, & beyond ftw.
