What are some cool bedroom energy efficient lamp suggestions that provide a decent amount of light and aren't to pricey?

$5 regular desk lamp that takes "normal"(incandescent) light bulbs + $5 or less on a CFL bulb = Energy efficient lamp that gives off a decent amount of light, but isn't Pricey.
