My bed is hot. I think it's because of the memory foam stuff. I need to find a way to cool it down. It just reflects all the heat my body puts off and keeps building until I want to sleep on the cold floor instead. I need some cooler bedding or something...what's the opposite of a heat blanket and where can I get one? :p

Doesn't matter a whole lot how low the AC is, though it probably helps some. What can I do to make my bed cooler?

Try a wool mattress cover. I used to have a memory foam mattress topper that did the same thing and the wool cover really helped.

I just sleep under a sheet with a fan blowing on me. My memory foam pad gets warm, but nothing the fan can't deal with.

do you have a down comforter on your bed? those things really warm up your bed.

you could get a chillow. it keeps your pillow cool and so maybe you'd feel cooler all over with that.

lastly, being hot in bed is not always a bad thing. ;)
