Cool bed

My bed is hot. I think it's because of the memory foam stuff. I need to find a way to cool it down. It just reflects all the heat my body puts off and keeps building until I want to sleep on the cold floor instead. I need some cooler bedding or something...what's the opposite of a heat blanket and where can I get one?

Doesn't matter a whole lot how low the AC is, though it probably helps some. What can I do to make my bed cooler?

Try a wool mattress cover. I used to have a memory foam mattress topper that did the same thing and the wool cover really helped.

I just sleep under a sheet with a fan blowing on me. My memory foam pad gets warm, but nothing the fan can't deal with.

leave your ceiling fan on all day with the sheets turned down

do you have a down comforter on your bed? those things really warm up your bed.

you could get a chillow. it keeps your pillow cool and so maybe you'd feel cooler all over with that.

lastly, being hot in bed is not always a bad thing.

mine fan is on high at all times and the house is around 67F. win
