i went on an alaskan cruise and it was great. i didnt see any auroras since i think they only appear certain times of the year. the cruise was great though....lots of food, saw some glaciers caviing and some whales and dolphins
cool! Also, for someone above, Auroras are caused by ejections from the sun interacting with the earth's magnetic field - thus, not timed by the time of the year, but rather from when those ejections occur.
Beautiful pictures! 😀 The northern lights are incredible to see. I haven't confirmed this, but supposedly you can hear them as well sometimes. Pretty crazy. I tried taking some pictures of the northern lights last time they could be seen from my house, but I was too much of a photography noobie back then.
