Cool and quiet fan for Athlon mobile

I want to purchase a Thermalright SLK-947U and I was wondering what the best fan for it was. I want good cooling performance, but I don't want my computer to sound like it's going to take off at any moment either. What is the best compromise this way? I've heard good things about the Panaflos. Are they the best for this type of solution, and if so what model do you guys recomend? Thanks.
