Go to the following link.
NASA LINK

Accept any security messages you get and when the applet loads, maximise the window. You will see lots of white dots indicating where satellites are in real time around the globe. Use your mouse to move the position of the globe. Orient the orbit lines straight up and down and then drag your mouse across the screen. A fast screen, like a CRT, will show the white dots follow the mouse. A slower screen will cause the white dots to blurr causing a tail to form -ghosting.

Good test.

So many satellites orbiting the earth and it's a wonder you don't hear any crashing into each other :Q

Are these all Man-Made stellites or do they just mean anything that is orbiting the earth? Looks like a ton out in the big ring and a bunch of random ones closer to the earth.

That ring is where all the geostationary Sats are sitting, everyone want's a piece of it.
