I have two nice catfish fillets waiting for me in my fridge. Cookinglight.com has closed their recepie vault to non-subscribers. *pounds fist on table!* 🙁 Any suggestions??
 
Darn, I could totally help out if they were whole catfish.

This fillet thing doesnt work out for an asian. I need head, fins, gills, everything.
