BTW, don't use lighter fluid to light the charcoal if you use the cc grill. Use newspaper to light the natural wood charcoal, not the pre-pressed stuff, and if you want to make it faster, get one of those charcoal chimneys or make your own.

Pouring a bit of veggie oil on the coals makes it light a bit faster.
