Indeed. They are useless and I always end up digging around trying to get the last 1/4 or so of mustard out.

I decided back during the heyday of the plastic clam shell that there must be a place, somewhere damp and unpleasant, where all the engineers who have washed out of every other discipline there is go to learn to design packaging.

Here's my horseradish sauce of choice, and in a proper squeezable bottle. When it gets low you can turn it upside down and get the last of it out, take the lid off and recycle it.

Try it. Good on hot dogs, great with sausage on a bun.

Dijon rocks on sausages, but so does yellow mustard. I prefer Guldens to Frenches.

Food snobs make me laugh. As if there were one mustard, one hot sauce, and one place that serves a decent hamburger. The world is full of variety. Open your mindz.

Spicy brown mustard is best... there's a pub here that has their own...it's fucking amazing.
