I enjoy cooking and BBQ'n, but I dont do it nearly enough and I dont know how to make enough stuff. Does anyone use any websites for recipies or know of any good books I could pick up?

How would one go about doing that? I dont use a recipie for cooking steak or making spaghetti sauce, but other than that, I'm not Emeril 🙂

It helps to know how certain spices and ingredients taste... so when you make something you can taste it and say "I think this needs some paprika." Or... "capers would be good in this I bet." So... try a bunch of spices and whatnot... try some different foods... and start playing. 😀
