I was thinking of beef and brocooli or something similiar.

My wife said just to not marinate it in anything, however, petite steaks are normally a little tougher and more chewy than other cuts so I guess its time to use the tenderizer.
Any other suggestions than beef and broccoli to make with petite steak? It has to be enough for a family of 5.

Thanks

That's not a problem.., just cook more or less of stuff. 😀

yeah.. especially since my boys would rather have pb and J over anything resembling steaks.

Looks like tenderizing and cutting into strips is my best bet, and then making a stirfry like i was going to do.

Cut it into strips and then cook it with mushrooms and onions. mmmm Add a baked potato and some corn.
