I'm still waiting for recipie for stirfry! I demand you post it!
Marinade is about 5 tablespoons of Maggi seasoning, 1 tablespoon vinegar, minced garlic, pepper, sugar, about 1.5 teaspoons cornstarch.
Cut london broil into thin slices, put in marinade. Boil broccoli and cauliflower.
After meat has been marinating a little while, get a frying pan, a little oil, let the oil get really hot, put minced garlic and then a layer of beef on the pan. They cook really quickly, so flip them after a few minutes. You don't want to mix it around because that causes the meat to dry up. Most mostly cooked, take it out, repeat if necessary.
In a big frying pan/wok/whatever put in oil, then minced garlic, wait until it turns kinda dark yellow/brownish, add the veggies, water if needed (usually a little is necessary), maybe about 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, pepper, a little salt, crushed red pepper, a little sugar, stir it up and add the meat, stir it up, taste it, add a little more vinegar if you want it more sour, do the usual taste samples and adjustments.
