I just pulled a steak out of the freezer. What's the quickest/best way to defrost it so i can foreman the sucker and eat it?

Using the Foreman on a steak is blasphemy.

Fill the sink with tepid water and drop the steak in. If you defrost it too fast, like in hot water or a microwave, it will lose its juices and be dry.

not warm, tepid, like room temp

if you have a split sink you can use the running water method

If it isn't the size of a roast it could only be 15 or 20 minutes.
