cookies not updating?

Thread views and unread posts aren't changing, they're stuck at a couple weeks back. After reading through an entire thread, it still shows as having new posts. This is the only site it happens on.
I've cleared everything I could find in chrome to clear, I'm stumped.
 
A few people have been reporting this. But I haven't been able to track down anything consistent. At this point it still appears to be a client-side issue, though I have no idea why.
 
And it's dead again. I don't have any clue as to whats happening, but it only happens here. The rest of the web is fine.
 
I have to log out then log back in to correct this. Happens a few times per week.
