yea, sucks to be broke,young, and white in the states. I really don't expect to see anything from SSA when the time comes, unless they do some major restructuring.

i highly doubt that the govt would let our generation go broke come retirement time. i have faith in the U.S. government.😉

It's black males that should be most angry. Of the four major classifications (white male, white female, black male, black female), black males live the shortest and white females live the longest. So in essence, black males are working to subsidize the retirement of white females.

I think I'm going to get ordained so I can opt out of Social inSecurity. My dad's a pastor and doesn't have to pay into it. It needs to be privatized so I can invest my own money. Screw the 1% return the government gets.

My wife has lupus and is disabled because of it. Applied for disability through Social Security and was denied. Not for medical reasons, but because *I* make too much money!

Black males are much more like to go to prison that white males, so white males are working to pay for the the incarceration of black men...

Yes...i have a retirement plan of my own. But it pisses me off that i have to pay in..and not get anything for it.
