I noticed recently that my Firefox on Win 8.1 hasn't been deleting cookies on exit even though I am telling it to.

What do you guys like for a cookie manager addon for Firefox? Thanks!
 
I use SelfDestructingCookies. You can whitelist sites to save, and pick how you want cookies deleted. I have it delete cookies on tab close.
 
Just make sure when you use it to add ebay.com and paypal.com to the whitelist and turn off the annoying message popup. You may have to add other sites to the white list if you can't log in, like your bank.

I would try to fix why FF isn't deleting cookies on exit. Do you have an addon that is interfering?
