Converting Xvid to vob?

Any relatively easy way to do this?

relatively = requiring less effort than earning a 4 years college degree....

EDIT: I've looked throught the conversion tutorials on doom9 and didn't find anything for Xvid.

Ok, I used Virtuadub to copy the soundtrack from the first XviD file (1 of 2) to a .wav files and then used TMPGEnc to export a .m2v file. Apparently the .m2v is just a video format and contains no audio. So now I need a program to covert the two .m2v and .wav files to a .vob structure of a DVD.

Any ideas?
