Converting Video tape to DVD?

Hi,
I want to record the old video tapes to DVD disks. Now, I already have the 6800GT which doesn't have Video/Audio input.
1. Which video card I have to get?
2. Any PCI video card out there? I don't want to swap out my 6800GT
3. What software do you use to do this?

If you search with keyword ' capture ', you'll get about two pages of hits..

There are some decent cards starting around $30 ..

Most capture cards come with freeby editing and DVD authorthing software with limited but adequate functionality..
