Converting to Component Out

I want to set my PC up to use component out to my 36" HDTV. I know ATI has a dvi to component adapter but I think it only works with their hardware. Does anyone know of another way I can do this? I also want to use my Onkyo ht760 as the surround sound while I play Doom 3. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
