Converting to a stationary bike?

I recall something that you can put a regular bike on and turn it into a stationary bike. Can't find it on google cause I'm an idiot.

look up 'bike trainer' or 'bike rollers'...that's what you're looking for I think

trainers hold the bike up...and have a flywheel or something to provide resistance...rollers allow you to ride like normal, in one spot

don't know which is better.....

Your description matches a "trainer". Trainers typically provide better resistance (I haven't used a resistance unit with rollers) and thus better power training, while rollers require reasonable form to ride.

If you get a decent MAg trainer they are like $80 on ebay (thats what i got mine for and it has worked great)
