Converting Northwest Airline Miles

Is there any way to convert Northwest Airlines frequent flier miles to gift certificates or to another points currency? I have some miles but don't want to fly with them. :sun:

lol, Rossman your avatar is changing again. Anyone know any other ways to convert Northwest miles to gift certificates? Milepoint used to offer it but doesn't seem to anymore.

The exchange rates for converting miles always suck. If you can, use the miles within WorldPerks or one of their partners (KLM, Continental, Alaska + probably others). If you have to convert them I think Diners Club will let you convert miles into their points program.
If you don't have quite enough to redeem for something consider getting a rewards card to top up the points.

I think Diners Club charges $95/yr or so. That would cancel out my redemption unfortunately.
