My wife wears 7.5 in women's.

She wants some shoes that are available in men's only.

Google says just subtract 2 sizes, but not always a guarantee.

Size 6???

Size 5.5???

TIA

Could she go to a shoe store and try on some mens sizes?
I find they vary per brand anyway.

So does my wife... and 99% of the time this rule works.

At least when it comes to the major "sneaker" brands. (Nike, New Balance, K-Siwss, etc)

Hmmm.......well, looks like the dilema changed!

Assuming the wife would wear a 6 or 5.5, it looks like the smallest size available is a 6.5!! (Grrr!!!)

If she wears a 7.5 womens, is 6.5 definitely too big???

That would be the same as an 8.5 in womens shoes.

Well, CRAP!!!

They don't even have the 6.5 listed anyway. (Grrrrr!)

They *do* have kids sizes but only up to size 6. I don't suppose a kid's size 6 is anywhere close???

if they are boys and not girls sizes you might be able to get away with it.

1.5-2 sizes depending on brand. Nike's run small so if you're a 9 in women's Nike, you will probably need a 7 in mens New Balance (since they are a little big most times), but a 7.5 in men's Nike.

Worked at a shoe store for 3 years and thats usually what we did.
