I have a vcd that I want to burn. I created it myself from a dvd. I am more or less just messing around. My dvd player will read VCD's but for some reason it has problems with certain mpeg encoders? Does anyone know of a good encoders that encodes to mpeg specifications and doesn't do any shortcuts? I don't want to spend all the time encoding an mpeg and have my dvd player poop on it.

My dvd player is an Apex AD 500W
