Converting FAT32 to NTFS....

Hey everyone, i just want to know if its possible to convert a hard drive with a fat32 file system to an NTFS file system without losing or corrupting the data on it. If anyone can tell me if this is possible it would help me out a lot. Thanks

At the command prompt type:

CONVERT C: /FS:NTFS

Like sharkeeper said, it may ask you to restart before settings will take affect. That's about it.

If you have more then one partition you have to put the drive letter where "C:" is on sharkeeper's example.
