converting FAT32 - NTFS prob

im trying to convert, and i get this error message:

C:\>convert c: /fs:ntfs
The type of the file system is FAT32.
Enter current volume label for drive C: Win2k
Convert cannot gain exclusive access to the C: drive,
so it cannot convert it now. Would you like to
schedule it to be converted the next time the
system restarts (Y/N)?

can anyone help me out?

That is normal. Just say yes, and the next time you restart it will convert to NTFS.

Yeah...that's normal. Win2K will only do the conversion on a reboot.
