Converter to plug a SATA drive into a Non-SATA computer?

Anyone have a link to some sort of converter/adapter thing that would let me plug a SATA hard drive into a computer that doesn't support SATA? Mainly it'd have to convert the power cord from the normal end to the SATA type end and also convert the big IDE cable end to the smaller SATA cable end.

We have a few machines at work that have started coming in with SATA drives and if the drive dies or we need to try to get data off it when the system dies, we need a way that we can put that drive into a different computer (that is non-SATA) and get at the drive.

Assuming this is possible, can someone give me a link to some sort of product that can do that?

Thanks.
