Convert wmv to mpeg2/divx/xvid etc.

Virtualdub doesn't support it anymore.

[Edit] Trying to use mplayer on windows. Getting a
Couldn't find video filter 'divx4'.
error. I've downloaded all the codec dlls into the codecs folder.
