Convert this Font - who can do it?

Googled for over an hour, no luck arrgh.

Have an important font, the problem is, its in 2 parts "pfm / pfb"

I need to convert these to ttf.

Anyone wanna step up with some knowledge on this?
I looked at CrossFont, but it wont convert to .ttf
