By the way, since only the Toysrus code is being converted, codes for the 2 other retailers can still be used to shop. Besides Toysrus, I selected 800.com and Fogdog, and I just got done shopping at both places after I verified with the CSR that Toysrus code = Amazon GC. Considering I received on average about 3 separate papers from the delivery person with each $9.99 New Yorker pizza, I am very happy with it. Each paper with the secret code provided me $10 at 800.com, $10 at Fogdog, and $15 GC at Amazon.com. By the way, there is a limit of 5 Amazon GC for each email address. Which basically means no limit.

I called fri to convert and called again today bc I hadn't received anything. They said if I don't get them by Wed eve to call back - so I guess the moral of the story is that it takes 3 business days.

I just called TRU. The bad news: Probably a couple more days before we get our Amazon codes. The good news: Amazon has extended the cutoff date to purchase until the 9-28-00.
