Convert PDF to Word Doc

Somewhat of an urgent request....

Does anyone know of free software that will convert a PDF to a Word doc? I've googled and so far no dice....

Somewhat OT here, but if you wanted to go the long route, you could print it and rescan using OCR software... :/

Other than that, there should be a few utilities out there.
