I have a copy of ms office XP on an old laptop running windows 10 home, that is just used as an office laptop, ie not connected to anything, I need to convert lbs to kgs, ie 100 lbs (cell E3) to kgs (cell H3), I tried using =convert(E3,"lbm","kg"), but this option isn't available in XP, can anybody advise me please on the XP option to do this, all help and advice appreciated

Can't you look up the values, how many pounds is a Kg, and then just multiply by that? Like 0.45 times how many pounds you have would give you kilos.
