As the title reads, there are those stand a lone tv tuners that are external and can connect to your monitor via vga or possibly Dsub(I wouldn't know, I haven't seen them around lately).
I actually have an old one, bought it back in 2003 by kworld 720X480resolution it claims(but I think that's for recording on to a hard drive through usb2.0). It's not that great, not to my standards, can barely make out detail on an old 19'' CRT monitor I have.
So I was wondering if any of you use such units and know of any good ones out, hopefully for around $100 or less...I hate wasting perfectly good CRT monitors(not good enough for modern games, and not worth selling, but they still aren't garbage). So this is a great alternative, I can use them as TV's, heh...
