Convert .mswmm into .avi... HOW?

I put a few clips together using windows movie maker and then saved as a .mswmm (the only option). Now no program will read the file except windows movie maker.

How do I convert the Windows Movie Maker file into an .avi or .mpeg to upload to google video?

It's not the .MSWMM file. There should be an accompanying .dvr-ms or .wmv file right near the .MSWMM one.

MSWMM is the project file. You have to open that up with WMM and export the video.
