Convert m4v/DVD to something web-able?

So my brother in law made a DVD of some TV appearances by my dad (off of old VHS tapes). I've converted the DVD via handbrake, and edited the portion I want in iMovie. The best version I have is this m4v video. I'd just like to take that and put it on the web in a youtube like flash player thingee.

Anyone have any ideas on what the best programs to convert the video/make it flash-able are?

Thanks!

iMovie 08 supports easy Youtube video creation. Past that I am not real sure.

iMove does it. Also, what the poster above me said... Hanbrake will rip it to MP4 just fine.
