the conversion seems simple, but i cant get it to work. no, this isnt homework. its a practice problem for a test next week and i already have the solution.
if you have 7301 liters, how many cubic meters of that?
well, the front of my book says 1 liter = 10^-3 meters^3, so naturally i would assume the answer would be 7301*10^-3 meters^3 for a result of 73.01 meters^3. however, i found a calculator online and it said the answer was 7.301 meters^3, which makes sense, but i dont get the conversion.
help please.
edit: if anyone is curious, this is only a small part of the problem. its asking how much power your heart uses to pump that much blood through your body in a day. i can figure out the rest, so i feel very stupid that i cant do a simple conversion 😱
