Convert H264 to DVD format on PC

Hi there,

I've been doing some research on how to convert this documentary that I own on my PC from H264 to a size and format that DVD players are able to recognize. I think this would most likely be MPEG-4 format, but I'm not certain.

I've got a Windows PC. I've found a few recommendations on the web, but most of the interesting conversations have to do with converting to H264, not the other way around.

Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
