Edit: Anyways, on a technical level, is this possible? I'm not familiar with the bootloader that Android uses. Does it also use UEFI?

The video itself isn't malware, but the "Required Software Download" link posted directly below the video is.

It might be technically possible to do this, but it would have to be device specific (just as most android builds are device specific) since different mobile devices often have boot loaders that are unique to that device or to that family/brand of device.
