Convert a .mov file to mpeg/wmv/avi?

How would I convert a .mov file to another format? I have Nero 7 Ultra...can I use that?

There's a free app you can download that converts formats, including .mov, into your choice of several other formats.

As for your question, can you use Nero 7 Ultra...I don't know. I have Nero 6.5 Ultra, and I tried playing around with its Nero Vision Express, but I didn't get very far with it.
For my own conversions I use WinAVI Converter, but that isn't free. The Video DVD looks like a free approximation of WinAVI.
