Convert 3D Matrix to 3D Model

I'm trying to construct a 3D model from a series of 2D photos. I can arrange the images in MATLAB into a 3D matrix where each matrix element represents one pixel in the 3D image/model. Is there any software that can take this kind of input and output a model? I'm really not familiar with modeling software at all. Thanks!

Not that I know of. Most people just take 2 or 3 pics and make the Model from there.
