Convenient way to clean gutters?

Pine needles are always collecting in my gutters. I was thinking about buying this, but I suspect the water pressure will not be powerful (as seen on TV):

Are you able to get up on the roof next to the gutters? If so, try using a leafblower and walking down the length of the gutters.

If not, consider a product like Gutter Helmet.

Yeah I can get onto the roof, but it's relatively inconvenient, which means the gutters get cleaned less frequently than they should. I'd also have to borrow or buy a leafblower.

Gutter Helmet looks interesting, but it probably costs more than the cheap installed gutters on this single-story home. The price of technology and convenience.

When I clean my cutters, I clog it up and run an acid through them and it basically dissolves all the leaves in a matter of hours. I let it sit, I go out and remove the clog. The grass for about a 5ft. radius dies...but I just let that stay like that. I don't care.
