Controlling Volume With Hotkeys

Is there a good program out there that will let me change the volume with hotkeys (or like ctrl+mousewheel)? I found one called Volumouse, but it's glitchy and doesn't work half the time.

Logitech media keyboard = win

Was on newegg for only $5 one day.

I have volume up and down keys on my keyboard, but they often don't work either, or i'll keep pressing volume up and nothing will happen, then 10 seconds later i get a huge blast of sound. Plus in CSS (a game) they act as movement keys for some reason, even though they shouldn't even be bindable.
