i have an SBlive Plat 5.1 is there anyway i can setup the remote that came with it or my remote for my Pioneer reciever to controll my computer basicly i want to open and close programs and possibly conrtoll winamp or real jukebox, shutdown and controll divx mpeg and avi dvd and vcd playback
 
sun818 was selling some nifty packard bell remotes a while back in the FS/FT forum. I think he set up a web page too since he had so many of them. You might check and see if he still has any. I believe they were under $10.

You can always try this program, it's called Girder and can control moust functions in windows like mouse movements or keypressings. I don't know if it will work for you but here is somekind of Creative plugin. Try it! It can be a pain when you first look at it, but it has a own discussion forum allocated here.
