All my computer life I've had controller troubles with computers. The two just never like eachother. Mostly use PS2->USB adapters, which are made in Malaysia or something...so that could be the problem there :p

Can't get my PS2 controller working now no matter what I do...tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers for the controller many times. All I've ended up with is about 20 'HID-Compliant' devices and 'USB Human Interface' devices in my device manager. If anything actually does show up on my computer when I plug in the controller, it's one of these messages. It was working just fine the other day, but any kind of controller I've ever used has worked some days and not others.

Any fresh ideas? I was kinda hoping there's some good software out there to manage controllers and their drivers.

That sounds too easy. Just plug it in and it works? I like to experience problem after problem :p - Reviews seem pretty mixed but I've heard most people like it.
