Control iPad music playback from iPhone?

I don't know if there is a app that will do what I'm looking for but it seems like a pretty simple request.

If I have my iPad hooked up to a pair of speakers playing music from the iPod app, is there some way i can control it from my iPhone?

Both iPad and iPhone are non-jailbroken and will remain that way.

<edit> I forgot to mention, obviously both devices are on the same wireless network (and also in bluetooth range if that's an option)

I found 1 app called Tango which appears to do what I'm looking for. It's 99 cents, maybe I'll give that a try.
