Control+Enter doesn't work in IE any more

For some reason the using Control+enter to add the www. and .com to web addresses doesn' t work in Internet Explorer anymore. Is there any way to get it back?

Tools --> Internet Options --> Content --> AutoComplete... --> check the Web Addresses box
