control case fan speed? questions within

I have power box with 5 fans, and want to buy and install this. All of my fans have standard 3 pin power attachments, but they are a considerable distance from where this would go (2nd bay down on a big server tower)...

anyone have any experience with this controller? I cant find any specifications on the net. will my configuration work with it?

nope, but i got a reoport baybus i think its called, and its a 4 fan controller. it doesnt run teh fans at full power from what i can tell, maybe 80% because mine are LED ones, and the lights arent as bright anymore.
